About the role
We're seeking an Operations Technology Analyst to keep our OT landscapesite WiFi, virtualised OT servers, production applications and cloudenabled toolsreliable, secure and efficient across multiple operational sites. You'll lead small to medium OT projects (WiFi expansion, server upgrades/virtualisation, BCP/DR readiness, and cloud adoption) while ensuring minimal disruption to production.
What you'll do
- Manage VMware vSphere environments and essential SAN functions (VM lifecycle, resource configuration, LUN provisioning, replication, performance).
- Keep operational applications stable and responsive; run routine health/performance checks and capacity planning.
- Support OT servers and endpoints; drive legacy upgrades and physicaltovirtual migrations.
- Maintain regular backups and restore testing; strengthen BCP/DR readiness for critical OT systems.
- Own site connectivity and WiFi across quarry/weighbridge/plant areas; deploy and troubleshoot rugged tablets, handhelds, scanners and operator workstations.
- Assist with cloud adoption for operations (Azurebased workflows and Entra ID for operations systems).
- Collaborate with Operations, IT Infrastructure & Security, suppliers and vendors to deliver changes safely and on time.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- 23 years OT experience, including VMware, SAN/storage, server hardening and P2V migrations.
- Handson WiFi deployment/troubleshooting in industrial environments; endpoint compliance/patching.
- Familiarity with backup, DR/BCP and failover concepts; able to work independently across sites and with vendors.
- Certifications: basic VMware/HyperV, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals; networking certifications a plus.
- Fluent English;
- Comfortable working in quarry/field locations when needed.
