Role Focus: Central command, operational oversight, incident triage, and multi-system coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the end-to-end operational view across City Security and Smart City platforms
- Lead incident and ticket triaging, prioritization, and escalation
- Coordinate between Applications, Network, Infrastructure, and Security SMEs during incidents
- Act as the single operational authority during complex or multi-system events
- Ensure SLA adherence, handovers, and operational continuity in a 247 environment
Ideal Background
- Experience in Command & Control Centers, NOCs, SOCs, or Integrated Operations Centers
- Strong understanding of multi-vendor, multi-system environments
- Ability to make operational decisions under pressure
