We are looking for an IT Product Manager who can own the end-to-end lifecycle ofTicketak'sdigital products across web and mobile platforms. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, ensuring our platform is scalable, reliable, and continuously evolving to meet user and partner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product roadmap forTicketak'sweb and mobile applications
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and technical specifications
- Define product vision aligned with customer experience, revenue, and scalability
Technical & IT Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between business teams and engineering
- Work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to deliver features on time
- Ensure system performance, uptime, data security, and API integrations with cinema partners
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Support)
- Coordinate with external partners such as cinema chains, payment gateways, and vendors
- Manage third-party integrations and ensure SLA compliance
Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs like conversion rate, booking success rate, app performance, and drop-offs
- Use analytics tools toidentifyopportunities for UX, feature, and funnel improvements
- Drive A/B testing and iterative enhancements
Process & Delivery
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles
- Ensure Agile best practices and documentation standards
- Manage risk, dependencies, and post-release evaluations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 48 years of experience as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager
- Strong understanding of web & mobile app development, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Experience working with consumer-facing platforms(ticketing, e-commerce, fintech, OTT preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience in entertainment, cinema, or aggregator platforms
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC digital payment systems
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Exposure to analytics tools like GA,Mixpanel, Firebase
