Key Responsibilities

  1. Support impact analysis documentation and user readiness tracking.
  2. Coordinate training logistics across multiple sites and functions.
  3. Prepare and distribute communications and user training materials.
  4. Track business readiness status and escalate gaps.
  5. Support cutover coordination and early hypercare activities during go-live.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail or distribution environments
  • ERP transformation programmes
  • Multi-site operational rollouts
  • High-volume user environments (250+ locations / 1,000+ users)
