The Role
We're looking for an IT Recruiter who owns the full hiring funnel across global markets. You'll source, screen, and close strong tech talent for our clients across the US, India, and beyond. What you'll do
- Run end-to-end recruitment for global tech roles, from JD intake to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, and our ATS
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and intent
- Manage candidate experience throughout the process and keep the bar high
- Negotiate offers, handle counters, and consistently close strong talent
- Partner with internal stakeholders and clients across time zones to hit hiring goals
What we're looking for
- 3 to 6 years of IT recruitment experience, ideally across multiple geos
- Hands on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, and at least one ATS
- A proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing IT talent
- Strong negotiation skills and a closer's mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working onsite in Chennai and collaborating across time zones
Bonus points
- Experience hiring for niche tech stacks (AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data)
- Previous exposure to staffing or product company hiring
- Existing network of active and passive tech candidates
