Our client is currently hiring for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across our manufacturing, food & beverage business units in MEA This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to someone who understands the talent landscape across MEA markets and can attract top-tier functional and leadership talent in high-volume, operationally complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process across manufacturing, Food & Beverage, verticals, from workforce planning through to offer acceptance
- Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs, build role profiles, and deliver against headcount plans
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across MEA markets, leveraging direct search, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and talent communities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates across technical, operational, commercial, and leadership functions
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within target sectors and geographies
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, search firms, and assessment providers
- Define, track, and report on key TA metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Drive compliance with local labour laws and hiring regulations across multiple MEA jurisdictions
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of talent acquisition experience, with significant exposure to Manufacturing, Food & Beverage sectors
- Proven track record of hiring across multiple markets — experience highly valued
- Strong command of direct sourcing methodologies and executive search approaches
- Experience managing stakeholders at senior and C-Suite level
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting practices
- Knowledge of local labour legislation and hiring norms across key African markets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CIPD or equivalent qualification is an advantage
