Job Description

We're hiring: Microsoft Solutions Sales Manager (Qatar)

Looking for a results-driven B2B sales professional to drive growth across Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and AI platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and convert new enterprise sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers
  • Lead strategic account planning and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams on proposals and demos
  • Engage in Microsoft partner programs and go-to-market initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • 810 years of B2B IT sales experience (3+ years with Microsoft technologies)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud, licensing, and AI solutions
  • Experience in Qatar's enterprise/public sector market
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
