Information Technology Specialist

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

2. Installing and configuring server hardware, software, systems (domain controller, hyper V & VMware, backup & replication, Antivirus & firewall).

3. Monitoring and maintaining computer/server systems and networks.

4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

5. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

6.Setting up accounts for new users.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

7. Testing new technology.
