A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security systems
- Troubleshoot system errors and implement timely solutions
- Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and office applications
- Ensure data backup, antivirus, and system updates are properly maintained
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Assist in IT projects and system upgrades as required
- Train staff on basic IT usage and cybersecurity awareness
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
What We Need From You
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field
- 4 years related experience or with computer set-up and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
- Great communication skills
- A team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
