Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer / IT Specialist to manage end-to-end IT operations. The role combines end-user support, network administration, and system administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and a stable IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L1/L2 technical support for end users (onsite & remote).
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 endpoints, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Manage and maintain local network infrastructure (routers, access points, cabling).
- Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, and basic security policies.
- Administer Active Directory users, passwords, and Group Policies.
- Maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019) and file sharing services.
- Support a virtualization environment using Microsoft Hyper-V.
Required Technical Skills- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Hands-on experience with routers, access points, and firewalls.
- Experience with Active Directory & Windows Server.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
- Knowledge of structured cabling (Cat6, patch panels) is a plus.
Soft Skills- Strong communication skills with non-technical users.
- Structured problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT Support / System Administration.
