Responsibilities:
User & System Support
- Provide first-line IT support across core systems and tooling (MacOS, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc)
- Support users on-site and remotely across multiple time zones
- Manage user setup, access, roles and permissions in line with defined policies
- Support onboarding and off-boarding of staff and devices
- Install, configure and support workstation hardware, software, printers and phones
- Provide basic user guidance and support on approved tools and systems
Operational Administration
- Assist with application rollouts, upgrades and troubleshooting
- Support local office networks, VPN endpoints and connectivity infrastructure
- Ensure operating systems and applications are kept up to date in line with security and performance standards
- Maintain clear documentation of systems, issues and resolutions
Process, Security & Improvement
- Follow defined IT and security procedures, escalating complex or high-risk issues to the IT Service Lead
- Ensure security standards and policies are applied in day-to-day IT work
- Support compliance and ISO-related activities under guidance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes, documentation and tooling
- Test and provide feedback on new tools and technologies where appropriate
Skills & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience providing IT support in a MacOS and SaaS-based environment
- Familiarity with:
- Mac OS environment
- Google Workspace administration
- Common collaboration tools (eg Slack, Notion)
- Basic networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within defined procedures and escalate appropriately for security, automation or governance-related matters
- Willingness to learn and develop in a regulated, technology-driven business
- Ability to work flexible hours to cover EU timezone
Preferred / Nice to Have
- 2 years experience in a similar IT support or junior systems role
- Exposure to professional IT certifications (or interest in pursuing them)
- Basic awareness of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts
