About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to support and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, including both hardware and software environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting employees with technical needs. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain reliable IT services that support our digital banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.

Hardware Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage hardware inventory and perform system upgrades when required.

Software Administration

  • Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and productivity tools.
  • Ensure proper configuration and updates of software systems.

Network & Infrastructure

  • Support local network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and system performance.
  • Assist with user access management and system configurations.

Security & Compliance

  • Follow IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support endpoint protection and basic security controls.

Documentation & Maintenance

  • Maintain documentation for IT systems and configurations.
  • Track and resolve support tickets using IT service management tools.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations

Technical Skills

  • Windows and workstation administration
  • Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Systems Knowledge

  • Active Directory user management
  • Microsoft Office / productivity tools
  • IT troubleshooting methodologies

Professional Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and customer support skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
  • Knowledge of IT security practices
  • Experience with IT service management tools
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
