Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist, located in Riyadh. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting technical issues, managing desktop computers, and delivering help desk support. The specialist will also maintain and monitor the organization&aposs IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and managing Desktop Computers
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in network management and security is a plus
• Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
