The project:

Mace is providing client-side secondment consultants and PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments inclusive of significant infrastructure. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic-level leadership and working with the client and project stakeholders on all key project matters.

  • Champion safety, well-being, and inclusivity, embedding a culture of care and compliance across all project stages.

  • Drive governance and performance and reporting while promoting sustainable practices.

  • Embeds innovation, sustainability, and service excellence into every stage of delivery.

  • Delivering from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement, and the construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction, and monitoring delivery aligned with the overall vision and objectives.

  • Overseeing the budgets, risks, and sequencing to optimise programme outcomes.

  • Supervising and mentoring teams, enabling collaboration and continuous improvement across all project phases.

  • Embedding innovation, sustainability, and service excellence into every stage of delivery.

You'll need to have:

  • A degree qualification with relevant technical expertise in infrastructure and master planning.

  • Proven Dubai experience and strong knowledge of RTA, TIS, and infrastructure systems.

  • Strong understanding of strategic project planning, master planning, and detailed understanding of infrastructure.

  • Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the consultancy sector from all infrastructure perspectives.

  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management with commercial and risk management skills.
