Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of cloud and enterprise compute environments, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness
- Drive orchestration and governance across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and virtual desktop solutions (RDS, Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Manage performance, capacity, automation, and configuration standards across systems and service providers
- Collaborate with internal teams (Security, Network Ops, Implementation, Business IT) to support organisation-wide productivity
- Ensure alignment between infrastructure services and evolving business goals and technology roadmaps
- Oversee audit readiness, knowledge management, and ITIL-driven operations using tools like BMC and ServiceNow
- Lead incident, backlog, and product lifecycle management across critical infrastructure platforms
- Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership and support decision-making

Requirements:
- Must be based in the UAE, and be available to join within 2 weeks
- Proven experience in managing private/public/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Oracle)
- Strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure operations, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage systems, and backup technologies
- Experience in DevOps and 24/7 mission-critical infrastructure operations
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management across complex, multi-entity environments
- Familiar with enterprise architecture, cloud automation, and security/compliance standards
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with a structured approach to operations
