Your Role

As an Innovation Implementation Manager, you will

Innovation & Digital Implementation

  • Lead the implementation and scaling of innovation and digital solutions from pilot through full adoption.
  • Identify non-digitized or under-optimized processes and drive practical solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Define implementation approaches, timelines, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure solutions are operationally embedded and sustainable over the long term.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead structured change management activities to support successful adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Work closely with project teams, functional stakeholders, and innovation champions to integrate solutions into day-to-day operations.
  • Support development and delivery of training and guidance materials aligned with implementation rollouts.
  • Program & Project Management
  • Manage implementation programs and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Control scope, cost, timeline, and risks associated with assigned initiatives.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and oversee execution of approved implementation plans.
  • Define clear deliverables and measurable outcomes for each initiative.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Provide matrix leadership across cross-functional teams involved in implementation activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across projects and business units.
  • Engage external partners, consultants, and vendors as required to support delivery.

Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report progress, adoption metrics, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with internal governance, standards, and business priorities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on lessons learned and performance data.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 710 years in construction, digital delivery, or innovation roles
  • Proven success implementing solutions in complex environments
  • PMP/Prince2 certification preferred
  • Experience in strategy, PMO, and process mapping
  • Strong data skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • Forward thinking and open minded
