Your Role

As an Innovation Program Coordinator, you will

Program Coordination & Administration

  1. Manage program communication plans to ensure seamless delivery.
  2. Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular updates.

Events, Engagement & Hosting

  1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing program events, workshops, and activation sessions.
  2. Host or co-host events, ensuring smooth flow, participant engagement, and a positive experience for attendees.
  3. Help design engagement activities such as quizzes, surveys, and interactive sessions to boost participation.
  4. Provide on-site logistical and operational support during events.

Digital Platforms & Tools

  1. Support the administration of innovation management tools (idea platforms, dashboards, etc.).
  2. Upload content, track submissions, and maintain accurate platform data.

Communication & Content

  1. Draft internal announcements and communications related to innovation initiatives.
  2. Prepare onboarding materials, step-by-step guides, and informational content for participants.

Research & Innovation Support

  1. Support the tracking and documentation of innovation success stories and use cases.
  2. Assist in preparing briefs, summary reports, and insights for program updates

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications/Marketing, or related field
  • 45 years of experience in program coordination, events, innovation, or administrative support
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Proficient in MS Office, collaboration tools, and event platforms
  • Familiarity with innovation tools, dashboards, or tech projects is a plus
