The Physical Therapist II (Inpatient) is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. The therapist functions as an effective team member and contributes to the development and achievement of department and organizational goals and objectives.

Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & Preferred)
- BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.
- DPT degree preferred.
- Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy
Certification
- CPR, BLS through the American Heart Association.
Experience (required And Preferred)
- Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions.
- Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions.
