We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Associates to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. This role is essential for driving engagement and conversions for our luxury hotel membership programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Research leads using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others to gather relevant information for enhanced engagement and conversion strategies.

- Identify and target the right audience using an omni-channel approach, effectively presenting membership programs to potential clients.

- Manage a sales funnel by fostering strong relationships with prospects, converting them into members, and seeking referrals.

- Enroll prospects in our luxury hotel membership programs through a soft, honest, courteous, and transparent sales approach.

- Maintain excellent client relationships through timely follow-ups, attentive customer service, and prompt handling of escalated inquiries.

Required Skill Set

- Smart, spontaneous, and decisive, with strong negotiation abilities.

- Passionate about sales and adept at building outstanding relationships with prospective clients.

- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury sales.

- Social media savvy and comfortable using various digital platforms.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, along with proficiency in a local language.
