We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage the sales process from initial client contact through to securing confirmed orders. This role focuses on structured follow-up, proposal coordination, and closing opportunities, while working closely with supportive internal creative teams in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage and follow up on sales leads from first contact to deal closure
Qualify client requirements and gather necessary information
Coordinate closely with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals
Present offers to clients and handle commercial follow-up
Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines and close deals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, proposals, and closed sales using CRM systems (Odoo)
Ensure smooth handover to operations after order confirmation
Support tender submissions when required through commercial coordination
Client and market focus
Work with advertising agencies and B2B clients
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication at every stage
Required profile
Previous sales or administrative experience, preferably within media, production, or agency environments
Good understanding of the sales process from lead to order
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Odoo
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Language and availability
English is the primary working language and is required
Arabic is a strong advantage
Must be available for immediate or short-notice joining
