Key Responsibilities
Handle MSSP service renewals, follow-ups, and quotation generation.
Maintain 100% accurate CRM entries with updated client data, renewal dates, and actions.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for quote creation, order processing, and documentation.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities from existing accounts.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and pricing sheets as per client requirements.
Work closely with presales and technical teams for client solution clarifications.
Support digital outreach and lead nurturing campaigns with the marketing team.
Ensure timely renewal reminders and achieve retention targets.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports on renewals and outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Renewal Conversion Rate Minimum 90% on-time renewals
CRM Accuracy 100% data accuracy and tracking
Upsell/Cross-sell Revenue 20% growth from existing clients
Follow-up Efficiency 100% follow-ups within 24 hours
Quote Turnaround Time 12 working days
Customer Satisfaction Maintain 8/10 or higher
Sales Pipeline Growth 15% quarterly increase in qualified opportunities
Reporting & Reviews
Daily report to the reporting officer
Weekly review meetings (MoM submission)
Monthly report submission before 2nd of every month
Monthly review & action plan (MoM) before 3rd
Required Skills
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and email
Effective teamwork and coordination across departments
High attention to detail and multitasking ability
Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
