Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and exemplary service. The representative will actively support sales objectives, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Sales Management, maintaining and nurturing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in an automotive sales setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
