Job Summary:
An inside sale specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and following up on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying potential clients throughmarket research, networking, and cold call/outreach.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to support the development of sales strategies.
Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
Conduct remote product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the company's solutions.
Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, contacts, and opportunities.
Assist the Sales Head in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Generate and analyze sales and engagement reports to support decision-making.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and presales teams to ensure alignment and support business goals.
