Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to existing and lost customers and prospects.
Prepare and submit spare parts quotations and ensure that a follow up is made until receipt of purchase order.
Collaborate with other functions and sales teams to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers
Secure sales leads coming through emails, phone etc., qualify the leads and either provide a price quotation directly to the customer or forward the lead to the relevant sales engineer for follow-up (depends on the complexity of requirement)
Support the rest of the sales team by identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximize our customer share.
Registration of all sales and marketing activities in CRM to ensure accurate market information and customer database
Achieving assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets
Follow up sales campaigns
Perform other duties related to the strategic and operational development of the Aftermarket business
