About Us

Fincart is building the operating system for e-commerce in emerging markets, unifying shipping, cash reconciliation, and working capital into one SaaS platform.

Role Overview :

Fincart is seeking an experienced and hands-on Inside Sales Team Lead to manage, coach, and scale our inside sales team. This is a crucial player-coach role where you will be responsible for leading by example, owning team targets, and driving superior performance in pipeline generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, coach, and actively manage a team of inside sales executives.
  • Support the entire team lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, and fast ramp-up of new representatives.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions, call reviews, and pipeline analysis to ensure consistent performance improvement.

Performance & Execution:

  • Own and deliver against ambitious team sales targets and quotas.
  • Daily monitoring of the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and overall team activity.
  • Provide expert coaching to improve skills in objection handling, closing techniques, and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement immediate actions to boost productivity and win rates.
  • Step in to actively support or close critical deals when necessary.
  • Process & Strategy:
  • Ensure strict CRM discipline and accurate reporting (experience with Pipedrive is a plus).
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and other departments to enhance lead quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 46 years of overall sales experience, including 12 years specifically leading inside sales or telesales teams.
  • Track Record: Proven history of consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of short sales cycles, particularly within Small to Mid-size Business (SMB) environments.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (specific knowledge of Pipedrive is advantageous).
  • Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional coaching, performance management, and leadership capabilities.
  • A highly data-driven mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates high ownership, accountability, and strong execution speed.

  • Track record of achieving/exceeding OTEs in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business economics (shipping costs, SLAs, COD flows)
  • Ability to articulate ROI clearly and sell value, not discounts
  • Startup or scale-up background where ambiguity is normal
