Job Purpose
Execute field and smart inspection activities for heavy vehicles, commercial transport vehicles, and trucks to ensure compliance with approved laws, legislations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records, enforce violations, and support public safety through direct inspections and driver engagement. Strengthen inspection outcomes through data reporting and coordination with internal and external authorities.
Roles And Responsibilities
Operations
- Conduct inspections using smart control systems and virtual inspection tools.
- Perform field verification of complaints and escalate safety-related issues immediately.
- Inspect heavy vehicle drivers professional licenses as per specific legislation.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with information security protocols.
- Monitor through smart surveillance cameras and issue electronic violations.
- Perform technical inspection of vehicle systems, including engine, brakes, suspension, and lights.
- Educate violators and coordinate corrective follow-ups.
- Monitor and inspect heavy vehicles, commercial transport vehicles, and trucks to verify compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Ensure the validity of vehicle ownership, insurance, driver's license, and professional driving permit in accordance with approved legislation.
- Coordinate with internal and external authorities to educate drivers on safety standards and communicate risks of detected technical malfunctions.
- Carry out inspection campaigns in coordination with internal and external authorities to ensure compliance with permits, standards, and regulations.
Product / Process Improvement
- Analyze breakdown data posing danger on the road and take necessary measures with seconded police personnel while submitting periodic reports.
- Enter and update control and inspection data on vehicles and drivers, including violations and fines, and issue follow-up reports.
- Operate axial weight stations and gates, ensure compliance with axle weight and maximum dimension limits, issue violations through applicable systems, and collect fines.
Physical Working Conditions
- Perform field inspections, site visits, and smart surveillance monitoring across inspection checkpoints and axial weight stations.
