Overview
A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking a senior Capital Raising professional to drive fundraising across High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), Family Offices across the GCC region.
The role will focus on raising capital across private markets strategies including private equity, private credit, real assets and opportunistic strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital raising efforts across HNWI, UHNWI and Family Office segments in the GCC.
- Develop and execute a regional fundraising strategy aligned with global product priorities.
- Raise capital across private equity, private credit, real assets and other alternative strategies.
- Originate and manage relationships with private banks, wealth managers and independent asset managers.
- Drive both primary fund commitments and co-investment allocations where applicable.
- Maintain deep coverage of regional Family Offices and private client networks.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, investment committees and private banking heads.
- Deliver tailored product positioning and solutions aligned to client portfolio needs.
- Organise and lead investor meetings, roadshows and investment presentations.
- Identify new distribution channels and partnership opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product teams on investor appetite and regional demand trends.
- Work closely with investment teams, product specialists and global distribution.
- Support due diligence processes and coordinate responses to investor requests.
- Contribute to marketing materials and investor communications.
Candidate Profile
- 10-15+ years experience in private banking, wealth management or alternatives distribution.
- Strong track record of raising capital from HNWI/UHNWI and Family Offices.
- Established network across GCC private wealth ecosystem.
- Experience distributing private markets products (PE, private credit, real assets preferred).
- Background at a private bank, multi-family office, or global alternative asset manager strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of private markets structures (closed-end funds, feeder vehicles, co-investments).
- Strong knowledge of client suitability frameworks and regulatory considerations.
- Commercially driven with demonstrated fundraising results.
- High level of credibility with sophisticated investors.
