About the Role

Design technical, vocational, compliance, and behavioral training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop classroom, e-learning, and blended learning content.
• Build competency-based learning paths and certification programs.
• Create training manuals, assessments, and digital learning materials.
• Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Facility Management experience.

Required Skills

• Experience in instructional design and competency-based learning.
• Knowledge of Hard Services, Soft Services, or housekeeping operations.
• Experience with LMS, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and blended learning.
