Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Cairo, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Insurance Agent will focus on building and managing a portfolio of clients, offering tailored life insurance, accident, and health insurance policies, as well as wealth management and retirement planning solutions. The role involves identifying client needs, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and consulting. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with the brokerage team to support clients in navigating insurance products and ensuring continued satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage.
- Understanding of Finance, including retirement planning and wealth management solutions.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
