Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Cairo. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, securing life insurance policies, and advising customers on insurance plans best suited to their needs. The role involves providing excellent customer service, evaluating clients financial requirements, addressing inquiries, and cultivating long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The agent must stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and MetLife's product offerings to provide the highest level of service and expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Financial concepts
• Proficiency in Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships
• Understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
• Previous experience in life insurance or financial services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
