Job Description
Location: City Walk.
Channel: voice account - Customer support
Total Salary: EGP 18,000.00
Overnight Allowance: EGP 90.
Overtime Allowance: 5$ per hour.
Extra incentives for achieving the target.
Work Schedule:
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 3 PM & 4 AM for males and a maximum of 2 AM for females.
Fixed Days Off: Saturdays & Sundays are fixed off..

Mortgage & Payment Support Tasks
Escrow & Payments:
Providing Escrow Analysis Support and Scheduling Payments for pre-existing Mortgage Accounts.
Taking pre-scheduled payments for pre-existing debt accounts.
Documentation: Filing tickets for bank statements or Mortgage Statements.
Customer Education: Explaining Escrow Analysis to Homeowners.
