Job Description

Job Role:

Direct sales/Insurance Planner is a required position for being a key of our rapport with our clients; his role is to provide our customers with the most adequate financial solutions through selling Allianz Products. Client focus and an expert understanding of financial planning is preferable.

Job responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through following and applying the company and department strategies.

By Mining and collecting customers database to generate qualified leads as well as Individual sales efforts by identifying prospective clients, identifying clients needs and promoting solutions based on company products.

  • Conducting sales phone calls in order to set sales appointments to perform sales presentations.
  • Ensure that clients fulfill all needed documents and medical examinations as well as ensuring that all these documents are properly submitted to operations. Follow up on process with operations and underwriters in their needed requirements till having the policies issued Handle all customer inquiries, requests and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on the clients timely premiums payments; renewals or cancellations of policies.
  • Present basic reports related to sales activities ( monitoring reports ) , sales volumes and other qualitative aspects such as cancellations and customers complaints.
