Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role located in Cairo, with the flexibility to perform some work remotely. As an Insurance Professional, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance products while maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Your responsibilities will include insurance brokerage, analyzing financial plans, providing tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong background in Finance and financial planning
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office-based and remote work
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration) is preferred
• Knowledge of the regional insurance market and industry regulations is advantageous
