Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Insurance Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing information on available life insurance products, and guiding clients through the application process. The Insurance Representative will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling policy inquiries, and assisting clients in addressing concerns related to their insurance policies. Collaboration with the team to achieve sales goals and ensuring excellent customer service are core aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Finance and related markets
• Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Familiarity with the Egyptian insurance market is a plus
