Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, explaining policy options, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities, analyzing client needs, and working towards achieving individual and team sales targets. The Insurance Sales Agent will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Insurance products and services
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and prior experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with industry regulations and ethical standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
