Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Cairo. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key tasks include identifying sales opportunities, educating clients on MetLife's products, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service to manage policyholder inquiries and needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and ability to identify client needs and provide strategic solutions
• Strong understanding of Insurance, including policy frameworks and Insurance Brokerage principles
• Experience in Customer Service and ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong Sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and maintaining client retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
