Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales role based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt. The Insurance Sales professional will identify prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and explain policy features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, accessible manner. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, preparing quotations, processing applications, and following up with clients to address questions, renew policies, and ensure satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and insurance brokers, maintaining accurate client records, and meeting sales and service targets while complying with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, including understanding of policies, coverage options, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with the ability to build trust, manage client inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess experience in Insurance Brokerage, including working with multiple providers to match client needs with appropriate products.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Health Insurance, including benefits structures, claims processes, and local market dynamics.
- Additional qualifications: strong communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, basic proficiency in office and CRM software, and the ability to work ethically in a regulated environment.
- Relevant education in business, finance, economics, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in insurance or financial services is a strong advantage.
