Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for remote work. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by leading a team, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include effectively managing and mentoring the sales team, providing superior customer service, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with finance teams to align company objectives with sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales with a strong understanding of life and health insurance products
• Proficiency in Insurance and Finance concepts and practices
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability in Team Management, including coaching and motivating sales teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
