Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Manager for a full-time on-site position at our Cairo, Egypt location. The Insurance Sales Manager will lead and manage a team to drive insurance sales, develop client relationships, and meet business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing financial data, and implementing strategies to improve team performance. Additionally, the role involves coaching and mentoring team members to achieve personal and organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and general insurance knowledge
- Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of Finance and ability to analyze financial data
- Experience in Team Management and leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a sales management role within the insurance or financial services industry is highly advantageous
