Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and running an independent sales sub-unit within Falcon Advisory, driving both team performance and personal sales production. The role combines entrepreneurial ownership, hands-on selling, and people leadership, with full accountability for revenue, compliance, and growth.

Role Summary

Each Sales Manager will build, lead, and scale an independent sales sub-unit under Falcon Advisory, while also maintaining a strong personal book of business. This is not a purely managerial role hands-on sales performance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Business Unit Ownership

Build and scale a dedicated sales team as a sub-unit within Falcon Advisory

Full ownership of unit performance, revenue, and growth

Sales Leadership

Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve agreed sales targets

Conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline management

Individual Sales Production

Actively generate and close own business

Act as a role model through consistent personal performance

objectives

Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance

Provide monthly KPI and performance reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven insurance sales management experience in the UAE

Demonstrated ability to build teams from scratch

Strong individual sales track record

Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset

Deep understanding of the UAE insurance market
