Insurance Sales Representative

The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing personalized recommendations, and facilitating the sale of insurance products. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, educating customers on their insurance options, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with team members and utilize company resources to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Experience in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products and services.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and industry-related practices to provide tailored solutions.
• Strong Sales skills, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset; ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
