Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, with an opportunity to work from home part of the time. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, selling insurance products and services, building strong client relationships, explaining insurance policies and coverage options, and providing exceptional customer support. Additional responsibilities include negotiating policy terms and conditions, maintaining sales records, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a thorough understanding of insurance products.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience with Insurance Brokerage and knowledge of industry regulations.
• Excellent Sales skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
