Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Representative, based in Qesm El Maadi with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying customer insurance needs and offering customized insurance solutions, selling and promoting life and takaful insurance policies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Insurance Sales Representative will also provide exceptional customer service, address insurance-related queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of Insurance Commission structures
• Customer Service and client relationship development skills
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience or understanding of takaful insurance products is a plus
