Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in Cairo, allowing for a combination of on-site presence and some work from home. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. You will focus on understanding customer needs, educating them on available insurance options, and guiding them in selecting the most appropriate solutions. Additional responsibilities include assisting with insurance brokerage services and supporting health insurance products as part of MetLife's comprehensive offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and general knowledge of Insurance concepts
- Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage services and related practices
- Understanding of Health Insurance products and their application
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and adaptability in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage
