Role Description

MetLife is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in our Cairo office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending suitable solutions. You will manage client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and stay knowledgeable about insurance products offered by MetLife. You will also work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets, contribute to the growth of the business, and perform administrative tasks related to insurance policies and claims.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, including the ability to identify client needs and match them with suitable products
• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage operations
• Customer Service and interpersonal skills to handle client inquiries effectively and build long-term relationships
• Familiarity with Health Insurance products and policies
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Cairo
• Relevant experience in insurance is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
