Job Description:
The Insurance Telesales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring customers receive accurate information and exceptional service. The agent will work toward achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining professionalism and strong communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear product information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated customer database.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
