Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning and delivering Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) projects, ensuring successful implementation of complex smart city, security, and operational technology solutions. The role coordinates multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8-12+ years in project or program management
- Experience in smart city, security, telecom, or large infrastructure projects
- Experience managing system integrators and multi-vendor projects
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum
