Integration Developer

Role Purpose, Key Responsibilities & Duties:

The Integration Lead ensures the seamless integration of various applications and systems within the technology landscape. The Integration Lead holds the responsibility for orchestrating and managing the end-to-end integration process, playing a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, data consistency, and overall system functionality.

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of integration projects to ensure the successful integration of applications and systems within the IT environment.

• Provide comprehensive coverage for change management, including the assessment, testing, and quality assurance of application and system changes before moving them into the production environment.

• Identify and implement resolutions for operational, administrative, and support requests related to enterprise applications, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

• Perform technical 2nd level support, covering evaluation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications to guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Develop and execute implementation communication and production change plans, ensuring the smooth delivery of applications into the production environment.

• Research, recommend, and implement best practices for applications and systems, actively participating in the development and validation of support requirements and documentation.

• Maintain effective relationships with applications partners and vendors, escalating and resolving issues promptly to ensure the continuous performance of applications.

• Review applications performance, generate configuration reports, and analyze root cause issues, recommending and implementing solutions for permanent resolution.

• Function as a technical subject matter expert, providing detailed consultation and acting as a resource in relevant application implementation projects.

Key Competencies & Skills:

✓ 3 to 5+ years of experience with integration technologies such as middleware, API management, and ETL tools.

✓ Very good knowledge of protocols and standards like REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and others.

✓ Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and the ability to design and implement scalable and robust integration solutions.

✓ Proficiency in system analysis and design to assess integration requirements and design effective solutions.

✓ Experience in designing, developing, and managing APIs to facilitate communication between different systems.

✓ Skill in data mapping and transformation to ensure data consistency and compatibility across integrated systems.

✓ Strong project management skills to oversee integration projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation.

✓ Ability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently and provide timely resolutions.

✓ Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in integration to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.

✓ Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

✓ Ability to manage and communicate changes effectively, considering the impact on integrated systems and end-users.

✓ Strong documentation skills to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions and processes.

✓ Understanding of business processes and the ability to align integration efforts with overall business goals

Academic Education & Professional Certifications:

− Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent in a technology related discipline.

− 3 to 5+ years of experience with integration technologies such as middleware, API management, and ETL tools.

− Boomi Integration Developer Certification, Microsoft, Oracle, PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.

− English proficiency is a must

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Integration technologies and tools, and proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (SQL, Oracle), programming languages and networking fundamentals is essential

• Oracle and Microsoft applications platforms and enterprise mobile applications on iOS and Google Android operating systems, Java/XML, and HTML
