Job Description

Mission

As part of a highly dynamic team, the candidate will be responsible for developing solutions and coordinating the integration across an enterprise or different system components to ensure that final solutions meet the identified business needs.

In addition, candidates in this role should be able to support different integration applications and reuse existing solutions when possible to deliver a realized business value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support software applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks based on product backlog features and business priorities
  • Understand and analyze business requirements to identify any gaps or missing specifications/prerequisites needed to perform development and testing activities based on TIBCO BusinessWorks solution
  • Participate in adding product backlog items for business review
  • Resolve defects and perform application maintenance activities
  • Deliver and integrate output on configuration management tools
  • Support TIBCO applications deployment and monitoring on different environments
  • Perform technical reviews on software design and coding
  • Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance
  • Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of his/her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible
  • Interact and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Provide needed support for his/her colleagues
  • Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact his/her project or team
  • Candidate Profile

Education

  • B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science
  • 0 3 Years of experience
  • Competencies Framework (Professional/Transversal)

Professional Competencies

  • knowledge of SOA concepts and experience with web services, integration and Enterprise Service Bus technologies
  • Hands-on experience in API Interfaces, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML
  • Hands-on Experience in SQL and relational Database concepts
  • Good experience with Java
  • Good knowledge in Agile Scrum
  • Excellent Troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflow, and use cases
  • Support production operation monitoring and incident management
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Git)
