Job Purpose:
- The Visualizer is responsible for producing and leading the creation of high-end architectural, exterior, and landscape visualizations that showcase Red Sea Global assets for marketing, sales, and stakeholder engagement.
- The role combines hands-on technical expertise with storytelling, translating complex architectural and environmental developments into compelling visual narratives. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the position ensures visual quality, technical accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables while supporting studio workflows and production excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-end, photo-realistic architectural and interior visualizations across the Red Sea Studios portfolio for marketing sales kits and promotional content.
- Work directly with the visualization team on complex 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent tools, with particular strength in exterior and landscape environments.
- Execute and oversee advanced 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering using tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent.
- Set visual and technical standards while remaining closely involved in day-to-day execution and problem-solving across projects.
- Resolve creative and technical challenges while maintaining accuracy, schedules, and production standards.
- Present work confidently, manage feedback cycles, and deliver revisions with precision and sound judgment.
- Optimize assets for multi-platform outputs and maintain disciplined file structures and asset libraries.
- Contribute senior input to creative reviews, production planning, and studio workflow improvements.

- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department's systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural and interior design visualizations.
- Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona (or similar rendering tools).
- Deep understanding of composition, lighting, perspective, and post-production techniques.
- Solid grasp of materials, textures, and design principles.
- Familiarity with architectural and interior design workflows and terminology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative production environment.
- Eagerness to stay updated and continuously improve technical and creative skills
- Strong visual sensibility paired with a structured, engineering-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and presenting complex visual solutions to both creative and technical stakeholders.
